Morgan’s Ice Cream is so much more than just an ice cream parlor in many ways. Our goals are to offer delicious frozen treats and support people with neurodivergence while being responsible to our environment. The idea of opening an ice cream parlor has been in the works for years due to the owner’s experience as a special needs educator. She experienced first-hand the challenges some of the neuro-divergent individuals face in finding meaningful employment and coupled Miami’s year-round warm weather with the popularity of frozen sweet treats across all ages, the decision to open an ice cream parlor seems logical. The other feature that sets Morgan’s Ice Cream apart from other ice cream retailers is we offer a wide range of treats such as dairy premium ice creams, vegan frozen treats, shaved ice, shakes and boba teas etc.  Regardless of whether you have varied taste or are a stickler to certain sweet treats, you will not be disappointed at Morgan's Ice Cream. 

In life, we all acquire experiences that help us evolve as we grow and along the way we develop our skills and potentials. The same path applies to people with neurodivergence. The difference is, in order for them to acquire positive life experiences and develop their strengths, they most likely need support and understanding from people around them. So remember, each time you visit Morgan’s Ice Cream not only you get to enjoy delicious treats in a cheerful environment but you are also helping our employees explore and bolster their strengths, thereby bringing about a positive impact on them.

Since our opening in January 2024, this past one and half year have been an engaging and rewarding experience for us all at Morgan’s. We met a great deal of wonderful customers, local and overseas, with whom we share many stories and interesting conversations. Our menu has expanded to include some dishes that are classic (banana split and hot fudge sundaes), creative (ice cream donut panini and double decker shaved ice) and lesser known but equally delicious (affogato). Running a small business is never easy, but through it all we stay committed to our goals of providing work opportunities to people of neurodivergence, and deliver exceptional service and treats to our customers. It's humbling to see our efforts are validated by consistent 5 stars online reviews as well as a wall full of appreciations expressed on post-it notes. One and half year is mere infancy in the lifespan of businesses and our existence depends very much on the continuous support of our customers and the community.
